Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms to use Onscene.
The experience
Onscene provides fictional, AI-generated character conversations. Replies can be inaccurate, unexpected, or repetitive and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Characters are not real people and do not have feelings, consciousness, or an off-screen relationship with you.
Your responsibilities
Do not use the service to harm, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or invade the privacy of another person; to create illegal content; or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for characters and messages you submit and must have the right to use them.
Accounts and credits
Keep your account secure. Credits are consumable units used for generated replies and may be subject to product limits shown before use. We may suspend abusive activity or access that puts users, providers, or the service at risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Onscene is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
