Privacy promise
The short version: what reaches our analytics, what reaches the AI, what stays on your device, and what you can wipe.
Your chats stay out of analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages help people find Onscene and where they get stuck. It never receives your chats, your memories, your email or your account details — only the page address without its search terms, and a few product events like starting a chat or opening the credits screen.
You can turn analytics off any time with “Analytics choices” on any public page. On a European time zone it stays off until you allow it, and if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the tag never loads.
Only what's needed reaches the AI
To write a reply, we send our AI provider the relevant messages, the character’s instructions, and the memories you’ve kept — nothing more. We won’t pretend to control what happens after that: providers keep their own limited records under their own policies, so we only promise what’s actually ours to promise.
You can delete it
Edit or forget any memory, delete a conversation from its controls, and export a backup whenever you want. To delete your whole account or ask a privacy question, email ehmad@qluedental.xyz.
Guest chats stay on your device
Start without an account and your draft and your chat live in this browser. Nothing uploads on its own. If you sign in, you decide whether to bring older device saves into your account — it’s a single step on the Account page.
How it's kept
Access controls and encrypted connections protect what’s stored. We keep account data while your account is active, and as long as we reasonably need it for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and backup recovery.
No face scan, no ID
To come in, you confirm you’re 18 or older — that’s the whole check. No selfie, no face scan, no ID upload, and no third-party age service. We take you at your word.
