Privacy.

When you create an account, we receive your account identifier, email address, and basic profile information from your sign-in provider. We store your chat messages, character settings, selected memories, preferences, and credit balance so your conversations can continue across sessions.

When you request a reply, the relevant conversation messages, character instructions, and selected memories are sent to our AI service provider to generate it. Guest drafts may stay in this browser until you choose to copy them to an account.

You can edit or remove individual memories, delete a conversation from its controls, and export a local account backup. To request deletion of your account or ask a privacy question, email ehmad@qluedental.xyz.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people find Onscene and where they get stuck. If your device uses a European time zone, analytics stays off until you allow it. Elsewhere it is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time with “Analytics choices” on a public page. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: with either signal on, analytics never loads.

We send the page address without search parameters or fragments. Inside the app we send only the section name, such as “/app/chat”, and a few product events: starting a chat (with the public character name), creating an account, opening the credits screen, and buying credits (with the amount). We never send your chats, memories, email address or account details. Google may also receive browser and device information when the tag loads.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect stored data. We keep account data while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and backup recovery. Providers may keep limited records under their own policies.

Onscene is for adults 18 and older. If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide an appropriate notice in the product.
